About the Lecturer:
Ye Wei studied for his undergraduate degree at Northwestern Polytechnical University and his master’s degree at the University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He later received a Ph.D. in Propulsion Theory and Engineering of Aeronautics and Astronautics. Professor Ye is currently a senior expert of Aviation Industry Corporation of China, Ltd. and chief expert of Aero Engine Corporation of China, Ltd...
He is also a master at the China Aviation Technology Sichuan Gas Turbine Research Institute and a technology leader in aerodynamic stability design technology for aero engines. In addition, he is a member of several prestigious committees, including the Intermediate Title Evaluation Committee, the Science and Technology Committee, and the National Key Laboratory of High-altitude Simulation. Professor Ye is also special technical expert for AVIC's intake and exhaust technology and chief technical expert of stability technology for engine companies.
