Yan Luzin£¬Head of the City of Pskov£¬led a 3-member delegation to visit university on 16 November 2007. The international department of the university met the delegation and introduced the latest development of university. Both sides exchanged ideas to explore potential collaborations on common areas. The visit will facilitate the linkages and foster collaboration initiatives between the two city's universities.
